Where do I get my travel information?
Your District Leader will have all your details for transportation. District Leaders if you have a question please contact Miranda Olson
What is the dress code?
This year's Summit is 100% offsite from the hotel, and we do not have time for a trip back to the hotel on Monday. Please plan to use a small bag/backpack if you feel you would like to bring items to freshen up (cosmetics, toothbrush, etc.)
We do not have facilities for people to change clothing at the Raceway. Please plan to wear what you will feel comfortable in all day and for the Awards Dinner.
Temperatures are looking to be in the 80s both Sunday and Monday.Consider wearing layers (or a light cover-up), as there is an air-conditioned building and outdoor activities
Sunday night:
Normal BeMobile/Verizon dress code is approved
Shorts are allowed, T-shirts in good condition (no stretched out necklines and appropriate language), Casual sandals
Monday Day and evening
Normal BeMobile/Verizon dress code is approved.Casual dresses or sundresses. Dress shorts. Polo shirts or short-sleeve button-up shirts
